The golden rooster crows the dawn, the earth returns to spring! Today we are here to hold the 2017 Spring Festival party of our company. First of all, on behalf of the company, I would like to extend New Year greetings to all colleagues present here and all employees of the company. I wish you a happy New Year! The Year of the Rooster!

2016 is a year of special significance in the development of our company. In the past year, while maintaining the stable operation of the production and operation of the old plant, we carried out the closure of the factory relocation project and the relocation of the old plant equipment. At the same time, we have to organize the new line commissioning. It can be said that 2016 is the heaviest task and the busiest year since our factory was built. In the past year, through the hard work of cadres and all employees at all levels of the company, the new plant 2, 3, 4# production line and sewage treatment commissioning successfully, to achieve double stability of production and quality, and the new plant's various projects are basically completed. At the end of August 2016, we said goodbye to the old factory where we had worked and lived for nearly 29 years and all moved to the new factory. Since then, we have a new home!

Dear colleagues, time flies. Looking back on our new plant construction in July 2013, more than three years have passed in the blink of an eye. In the past more than one thousand days and nights, we have overcome one difficulty after another, solved one problem after another, endured one huge pressure after another, and now finally completed the difficult and complicated task of factory relocation. Looking back on the course of more than three years, we can finally say with confidence that no matter how big the risks are and how many problems there are, we have survived! In the face of a new factory leading in the same industry in the country, we can finally proudly say that the construction of the country's special cotton pulp production and research and development base this goal has finally been achieved! Here, I would like to commend and pay high tribute to all the comrades who have worked hard and made outstanding contributions to this important goal over the past three years.

Dear colleagues, the completion and operation of the new plant in 2016 is only the first step of our company's "long march" in the new stage of development. Looking ahead, we will face new challenges in the market situation! On the way forward, more difficult and complex tasks await us. In 2017, we should be full of energy, make persistent efforts, concentrate on tackling new challenges, do a good job in the production and operation of the company, and create a new future for Xuelong Company. In the New Year, we must innovate and seek change, forge ahead, and intensify efforts to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises; We should focus on the future, work hard to practice internal skills, and make every effort to build and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the New Year, we must strengthen the development concept of "quality determines the future", and unswervingly and firmly promote the construction of ISO quality management system and standardization system. We must adhere to the three-pronged approach of "fine management, process innovation, and facility rectification", and make every effort to do a good job of "two liters and one drop" in output, quality improvement, and cost reduction. In the New Year, we will make greater efforts to promote the research and development of new products, major technological projects, technological innovation and technological transformation. Actively introduce and digest new technologies, new processes and new equipment for special cotton pulp production, continue to improve and enhance the level of production line technology and equipment, and further enhance the leading edge of new production line technology.

In 2017, we should further strengthen the five innovations of "marketing thinking, marketing concept, marketing countermeasures, marketing model and marketing means", vigorously expand the new market of products, and do everything possible to overcome difficulties and create a new situation of business work.
